The picture showed 4 items in the gift box for the $16.00 price. It asked about sending one candle ( as opposed to more than one candle I assumed) . It never showed the gift box with just the one item. Extremely misleading. I will not order from you again unless you make this right.

I think you misunderstand the box choices as we offer 14 box choices and you ordered Box 1 - which is Candle Only and it's even written when you choose the box from drop-down choices. You can see all the details in the listing description as well.

Was smaller than I thought, but it smelt nice. You could smell it from outside of the package. The bath bomb and shower bombs didn’t have any cracks, and weren’t crumbling. Everything looked very well made. This is definitely perfect for a gift. Would definitely buy from this shop again.

I have still not received this item. I ordered 3 boxes and they were supposed to be delivered around Dec 12th and they still have not arrived. I've asked for a refund since I missed the event where they were to be given out, however I was told to wait and see if they are delivered by Christmas. Frustrated as I was very hopeful about these packages.

Unfortunately, I did not closely read the description of this item. I ordered based on the photos expecting to receive the items pictured. I was surprised to see a candle when expecting assorted soaps etc. I ordered two boxes for Christmas gifts. Since I don’t have time to return and order something else (shipping was delayed), I will keep the candles and continue to give as gifts. My advice to everyone is to understand that when you choose your item, continue to scroll down since you are building on the box by adding individual items to the box.

I am truly sorry you feel that there are missing items. You ordered Gift Box 7 which included a message candle, goat milk soap, and shower bombs not a bath bomb. The pictured box is #12. We try to give our customers 14 choices of what to include in the box but because Etsy hides a big part of the description our customers sometimes overlook it and buy the wrong box.

It's a tiny bit expensive, but it is definitely worth it as the soap, candles, etc. smell awesome and I can tell they are of great quality.
